Here is the fly pattern sheet for the Skwala Dry Fly #2 that was taught at a Central Oregon Flyfishers fly tying class.
Materials
Hook:
TMC 2312, 5212, or Dai Riki 280, #10
Thread:
6/0 or 8/0 brown or olive
Tail:
1/8″ strip black foam
Body:
Olive dubbing
Wing 1:
Krystal Flash (brown, root beer, or pearl)
Wing 2:
Elk hair
Legs:
Craze Legs or round rubber (olive or brown)
Indicator:
Small strip of colorful foam (optional)
