Materials

Hook:

Daiichi 1180, #10-14

Thread:

70 denier Danville black

Tail:

Moose body hair

Body:

Peacock herl, 3-4 strands with red flies of Ultra 140 denier thread for middle segment

Wing:

White calf body hair

Hackle:

Brown

Here is another variation using a brown bucktail tail and calf body hair for the wing.

Lee Wulff developed this fly and used brown bucktail for the tail and white bucktail for the wing.
